NeuroNexus has pioneered the commercialization of advanced high-quality neural interface devices.

NeuroNexus has invested in and developed an extensive quality management system for both neural probe components and complete probe systems.  We understand that attention to quality control at all levels from design to final assembly is essential for achieving high fabrication yields, batch-to-batch reliability and reproducibility, and predictable probe performance.

Every wafer in a fabrication run undergoes statistical quality analysis of key electrical, material, and stress characteristics. After a probe is released from the wafer and enters our production line for assembly into a complete system, it is subjected to a standard set of quality tests to ensure its functionality. We conduct 100% testing of all batches and delivered products.
