Radiens Compute
Professional analysis in a few lines of Python — the hard part is already compiled

Radiens Compute is the Radiens analysis engine as a programmable platform: the same compiled engine behind spike sorting, signal-quality metrics, LFP and spectral analysis, field analysis, transforms, and FAIR data export (NWB) in the apps — through one high-level API. It is built for the Python generalist, not the software engineer: a few lines of script call into a compiled, tested engine, so the error-prone heavy lifting is not yours to write or debug. Less user code, fewer bugs, better science.
The programmatic path is a superset of the apps, not a mirror. It reaches custom multi-stage DSP filter chains where the apps offer presets, raw site geometry — bounding boxes, site areas, the probe-to-tissue transform — and instrument diagnostics. It runs version-pinned open-source pipelines (Kilosort and more) reproducibly against your own storage, every operation versioned and its random-number generation settable, so a result computed today re-runs the same a year from now.
Drive it from Python with the free RadiensPy client, or from the Radiens CLI, alongside Allego and Videre. Standard is free, permanently; Pro adds the full headless analytic compute. Cluster-scale and GPU compute are on the roadmap.
