Radiens

One platform for the entire electrophysiology workflow — local-first, your data never leaves the lab

Radiens — drawing

Radiens is the entire electrophysiology workflow in one platform — acquisition, analysis, and a programmable compute engine — for in vivo and in vitro recording. Use it as one integrated system, or adopt a single component alongside the tools you already run.

Native probe models for NeuroNexus, SiNAPS, and Neuropixels register a recording in space from the first sample; a model builder does the same for any other electrode, including MEAs for organoids, cultures, and slices. That registration is a means, not the point: sorting and field models tune to your probe today, and to the target region on the roadmap. Neural-circuit analysis is not one size fits all.

At the rig, Vantage™ shows the neural target responding live, at microscale, so you act while the trial is still running. In analysis, dense recordings open in linked views — raw traces, probe- and target-centered heatmaps, spike sorting, and spatial-temporal field analysis — with signal-quality metrics throughout, so structure is legible at a glance rather than reconstructed from arrays.

Every dataset carries a unique ID and a provenance list, every operation is versioned, and nothing is uploaded — results stay yours and stay reproducible.

AppWhat it does
AllegoAcquisition and instrument control — Smartbox, SiNAPS, XDAQ; 1,024+ channels; live signal-quality metrics
VidereAnalysis, visualization, and curation — spike sorting, LFP and spectral analysis; reads any vendor's format
Radiens ComputeHeadless analysis engine — reproducible, version-pinned open-source pipelines on your workstation; on-demand cluster compute on the roadmap
RadiensPyFree Python client — full parity with the apps, for scripting and batch
Radiens CLIFree command-line interface — scriptable, headless, agent-operable
Radiens WebOn the roadmap — remote monitoring and data dashboards in the browser

One recording, one probe geometry, one environment: what you see in one app is consistent in every other, on your own data, where it lives.
