Videre
From raw recording to a result you can defend

Videre is the analysis app in Radiens — where a recording becomes a result you can defend. It reads every major vendor format natively — Intan, SpikeGLX, Open Ephys, TDT, Plexon, NWB, and more — so it drops into your existing workflow without switching acquisition tools.
A dense recording opens in linked views — raw traces, probe- and target-centered heatmaps, spike sorting and spike analysis, LFP and spectral analysis, and spatial-temporal field analysis — with signal-quality metrics throughout, so the structure in the data is legible at a glance rather than reconstructed from arrays. Native probe models for NeuroNexus, SiNAPS, and Neuropixels register signals in space; the model builder does the same for any other electrode, including MEAs for organoids, cultures, and slices. Videre also monitors third-party acquisition live — Vantage™ — by reading the recording as it's written: no driver, no change to your setup (Neuropixels rigs in beta).
Curation and transforms are tracked with provenance — every spike sort and transform versioned, so any result is exactly re-derivable — and datasets export as FAIR data in open standards (NWB). Standard is free, permanently; Pro adds the sorting, curation, and field analysis a published result is built from.
