We have launched a rebuilt neuronexus.com. The catalog is larger and better described, you can build a cart and ask for a quote from it, a probe finder matches designs to an experiment, your quotes and conversations stay with your sign-in, and the documentation, videos, downloads and FAQs are in one place. To mark the launch, our annual SfN inventory sale takes 25–50% off inventory probes, with larger bulk discounts.
Why we rebuilt the site#
We rebuilt the site so that choosing a product, getting a quote and finding the documentation happen in one place, with our team's help where you want it. Whether you know exactly what you need or are still working out what is possible, the site should take you to the next step, and the step after it, without sending you to email.
What is different#
The product catalog is expanded, and the electrodes, recording systems, equipment and software carry more information than before: the specifications, what each product works with, and the documents that apply to it, so a choice can be made on the page.
You build a cart as you browse and submit it as a quote request. Our team returns a quote that includes the discounts you qualify for; you do not have to assemble a part list by hand or know the SKU before you ask.
The probe finder matches designs to an experiment, so you start from what you are trying to record rather than from a product list you have to already understand.
When you sign in, your quotes and your conversations with us are kept together, so a quote from last month and the question you asked about it are on the same page when you come back.
The research resources, documentation, videos, downloads and the FAQ, are one library, searchable, and linked from the products they describe.
