oDrive
Optogenetics-enabled chronic microdrive, in four drive ranges
The oDrive is the optogenetics-enabled version of the compact and accurate dDrive chronic microdrive. It comes in four sizes, from the oDrive-2.5 for mice, birds and other small animals to the oDrive-10, which safely houses a full 10 mm probe. Every size shares a 6.2 × 9.75 mm footprint, advances the probe 250 µm per turn on a screw base, and carries one optical fiber terminated in a 1.25 mm ferrule.
