Kontex System Adapter
A Neuropixels J2 dock to Omnetics 32, or an XDAQ-side connector to SmartLink, into the XDAQ chain
The Kontex system adapter joins a connector outside the X-Series platform to the XDAQ chain in two configurations: the Neuropixels J2 dock to Omnetics 32, used with the X-Series NP headstage so a Neuropixels 1.0 or 2.0 probe is acquired by XDAQ on the same clock as the X-Series headstages on the rig; and an XDAQ-side connector to SmartLink. NeuroNexus does not make Neuropixels probes; this adapter and the NP headstage are how an existing probe enters the chain.
