OA64LP_V2 carries 64 channels to 2 Samtec 40-pin connectors, over a thin-film cable to a PCB carrying the connectors, in UV epoxy, at 4.6 g.
An A-Series package mounts a silicon probe on a rigid printed-circuit interconnect that ends in a standard connector, for acute and intra-operative recording and stimulation, most often in mice and small animals.
Records and stimulates in acute and intra-operative preparations. Optical stimulation runs from a separate laser or LED source. Weighs 4.6 g. Needs an adapter to reach a standard Omnetics headstage. Mates with a Samtec 40-pin on the headstage side. Available as a fully assembled probe assembly.
