OAQ4LP carries 4 channels to a Q4 PCB edge connector, with the probe bonded to a PCB carrying the connector, in epoxy.
A Q-Trode package mounts a single tetrode, four sites at one depth, on a four-channel CQ4 connector; at 0.31 g it is the lightest package in the catalog, for isolating a few units in a chronic implant.
One tetrode: four channels that resolve a few units well rather than sample a population. Optical stimulation runs from a separate laser or LED source. Mates with a Samtec Edge 8-pin on the headstage side. Available as a fully assembled probe assembly.
