Vector Single-Shank 32-Channel Probe, 10 mm

Short silicon array on a rigid support body — deep targets in large animals

A single long shank with sites along the shank's edge, closest to the tissue the probe faces. Among the 371 probe designs in the design space it sits at the top: 32 sites (a common choice — 155 of 369), 10 mm shanks (a common choice — 79 of 363), a 7.63 mm-deep site array (99th percentile), 80 sites/mm² (32nd percentile) and a 2.25 mm³ neural interface (93rd percentile).

spaced widely to span a structure rather than resolve within it. The long shank reaches deep targets.

Orders as a probe-plus-package assembly, in 1 package configuration. Silicon 15 or 50 µm thick. Z-coat available. Research use only.
