Linear Single-Shank 32-Channel Probe, 10 mm
Sites spread along the shank — linear and edge layouts for depth profiling

A single long shank with sites spread evenly down the shank, one per row, for a profile across depth. Among the 371 probe designs in the design space it is mid-range: 32 sites (a common choice — 155 of 369), 10 mm shanks (a common choice — 79 of 363), a 1.56 mm-deep site array (74th percentile), 1,378 sites/mm² (89th percentile) and a 0.53 mm³ neural interface (39th percentile).
Small sites read a local patch at higher impedance, sharpening single-unit isolation, spaced for a laminar profile. The long shank reaches deep targets.
Orders as a probe-plus-package assembly, in 24 package configurations, 2 of them microdrive-compatible. Silicon 15 or 50 µm thick. Z-coat available. Optical stimulation runs from a separate laser or LED source. Research use only.
