Linear 4-Shank 4-Channel Probe, 2.76751 mm

Sites spread along the shank — linear and edge layouts for depth profiling

A4x1-3mm1000-80 wireframe schematic

Four short shanks side by side, with sites spread evenly down each, one per row, for a profile across depth. Among the 371 probe designs in the design space it sits at the bottom: 4 sites (5th percentile), 2.8 mm shanks (9th percentile of the 366 measured), a 0.01 mm-deep site array (0th percentile), 134 sites/mm² (38th percentile) and a 0.89 mm³ neural interface (63rd percentile).

Small sites read a local patch at higher impedance, sharpening single-unit isolation. The short shanks suit superficial targets.

Orders as a probe-plus-package assembly, in 4 package configurations. Silicon 15 µm thick. Z-coat available. Research use only.
