Linear 4-Shank 32-Channel Probe, 9.86447 mm
Sites spread along the shank — linear and edge layouts for depth profiling

Four long shanks side by side, with sites spread evenly down each, one per row, for a profile across depth. Among the 371 probe designs in the design space it is mid-range: 32 sites (a common choice — 155 of 369), 9.9 mm shanks (68th percentile of the 366 measured), a 1.41 mm-deep site array (60th percentile), 15 sites/mm² (5th percentile) and a 1.93 mm³ neural interface (91st percentile).
Small sites read a local patch at higher impedance, sharpening single-unit isolation, spaced widely to span a structure rather than resolve within it. The long shanks reach deep targets.
Orders as a probe-plus-package assembly, in 10 package configurations. Silicon 15 µm thick. Z-coat available. Research use only.
