Linear 4-Shank 32-Channel Probe, 7 mm
Sites spread along the shank — linear and edge layouts for depth profiling

Four long shanks side by side, closely spaced for coverage within one structure, with sites spread evenly down each, one per row, for a profile across depth. Among the 371 probe designs in the design space it is mid-range: 32 sites (a common choice — 155 of 369), 7 mm shanks (63rd percentile of the 366 measured), a 0.71 mm-deep site array (36th percentile), 73 sites/mm² (28th percentile) and a 0.68 mm³ neural interface (53rd percentile).
Small sites read a local patch at higher impedance, sharpening single-unit isolation, spaced for a laminar profile. The long shanks reach deep targets.
Orders as a probe-plus-package assembly, in 24 package configurations, 2 of them microdrive-compatible. Silicon 50 µm thick. Z-coat available. Optical stimulation runs from a separate laser or LED source. Research use only.
