ECoG 32-Channel Grid
Polyimide substrate that follows the cortical surface — epidural or subdural, 4 to 256 sites

A thin polyimide film that lies on the cortical surface and follows its curvature and movement, carrying mid-sized sites that trade local detail for signal. Among the 56 grid designs in the design space it is in the upper quartile: 32 sites (a common choice — 16 of 55), a 21 mm site-array span (93rd percentile), 0.16 sites/mm² (12th percentile) and a 107 mm³ neural interface (88th percentile).
Orders as a grid-plus-package assembly, in 6 package configurations, 3 of them microdrive-compatible. Polyimide 12 µm thick. Research use only.
