ECoG 32-Channel Grid
Polyimide substrate that follows the cortical surface — epidural or subdural, 4 to 256 sites

A thin polyimide film that lies on the cortical surface and follows its curvature and movement, carrying mid-sized sites that trade local detail for signal, on a long cable for routing to the connector. Among the 56 grid designs in the design space it is in the lower quartile: 32 sites (a common choice — 16 of 55), a 2 mm site-array span (21st percentile), 5.33 sites/mm² (71st percentile) and a 4.38 mm³ neural interface (23rd percentile).
Orders as a grid-plus-package assembly, in 6 package configurations, 3 of them microdrive-compatible. Polyimide 12 µm thick. 58 mm cable. Research use only.
