EEG 16-Channel Grid

Recorded from outside the skull, no craniotomy — resolution traded for a preparation that lasts months

NeuroNexus Eeg M 16 Cl10 probe

A thin polyimide film that sits on the outside of the skull, with no bone removed and no dura opened, carrying large sites that average a broad patch at low impedance. Among the 56 grid designs in the design space it is mid-range: 17 sites (29th percentile), a 8.1 mm site-array span (62nd percentile), 0.28 sites/mm² (20th percentile) and a 34 mm³ neural interface (61st percentile).

Orders as a grid-plus-package assembly, in 6 package configurations, 3 of them microdrive-compatible. Polyimide 12 µm thick. Research use only.
