EEG 30-Channel Grid
Recorded from outside the skull, no craniotomy — resolution traded for a preparation that lasts months

A thin polyimide film that sits on the outside of the skull, with no bone removed and no dura opened, carrying large sites that average a broad patch at low impedance, on a short cable for a compact head end. Among the 56 grid designs in the design space it is mid-range: 30 sites (39th percentile), a 8.76 mm site-array span (70th percentile), 0.49 sites/mm² (39th percentile) and a 34 mm³ neural interface (66th percentile).
Orders as a grid-plus-package assembly, in 6 package configurations, 3 of them microdrive-compatible. Polyimide 12 µm thick. 8 mm cable. Research use only.
